Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to you, the authorised representative, and the organisation you represent when booking training programs with Strategic Operations International (SOI). By requesting and booking our services, you acknowledge that you are authorised to agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation and its participating attendees.

Booking and Payment Terms

You may only book your training programs once you have received and agreed to a final quotation via the SOI website. Following agreement, an invoice will be sent to you via email. Your preferred training dates are only secured and confirmed once full pre-payment has been made. Payment must be made at the time of your initial booking via Direct Debit, PayPal, Credit Card, or EFT, with all necessary payment details provided in your confirmation email. Once full payment is complete, your training program is officially booked, and SOI will fulfil its obligation to deliver the training.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel a booked training program without penalty, you must submit your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date. We will send you a confirmation email 14 days before your event, at which point you will be asked to confirm or cancel. If you cancel within this specified 14-day window, you will not be charged, and a full refund or credit will be issued. If you cancel 10 days or fewer before your booked training, you will be charged the full amount and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. In the event of multiple booked programs being cancelled late, you will be charged for the first training program. Furthermore, any third-party expenses incurred by SOI (including, but not limited to, airfares and other travel expenses) will be deducted from any remaining monies that might otherwise be eligible for a refund.

Late Attendance Policy

Due to the high probability of back-to-back training programs and the need to meet associated logistical obligations such as flights, your training must run strictly according to the booked times. If your participants are running late, we cannot delay the start time of the training program. The training will still conclude at the originally scheduled finish time, and your organisation will still be charged for the full duration of the booked session.

Privacy Policy

SOI is highly committed to protecting the privacy of your organisation and your participants. We strictly abide by Australian privacy laws and comply with their provisions to ensure that all personal and confidential data you provide during your dealings with us is treated accordingly and securely.
